FAQs

new patients

I am an expecting parent and would like to learn more about the practice. Can I meet the pediatrician before my delivery?
Congratulations! We offer a prenatal consultation to expecting parents.  This is the best way to meet the pediatrician prior to delivering.  Our consultation is a one-on-one session between patient and doctor to inform you on what to expect and to answer any questions you may have.  This can vary from 30-45 minutes, depending on your questions.  Please call us at 212-496-5437 for further information and to schedule this appointment.

If my child is transferring to Our Kids' MD, what do I need to do to prepare for my first visit?
You can prepare for your appointment by visiting our Your Upcoming Visit page.

What insurances does Our Kids' MD accept?
Please call the office at 212-496-5437 to get the most updated list of insurances.

How do I get my child's forms completed?
Please bring all forms with you to your child's visit. For any forms or letters that are completed outside of a visit, you will incur a form fee.

Are there additional services that you offer?
We tailor our services according to our patients’ needs. We offer prenatal consultation for expecting parents, in-office lactation advice for our newborns, and ear piercing for all of our pediatric patients. We also provide our parents with phones numbers to kid-friendly car services to allow them to travel safely to and from our office. Please call us for further information.

We’re always looking for ways to enhance our office! If you’d like to suggest a service, please feel free to contact us.
